TRADITIONAL YOGA & PILATES

We offer Traditional Yoga & Pilates classes.  Private sessions also available.  Walk-ins for classes are always welcome.  Please come to class with an empty belly and an open mind.  Bring a yoga mat or rent one from us.  Schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice.  Please scroll down to see our schedule.

HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga is a total mind and body workout.  Classes are 60 or 90 minutes long, please scroll down to see our schedule.  Bring a yoga mat and towel or rent them from us.  For hot classes be sure to drink plenty of water before, during  and after class.  Schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice. Walk-ins for classes are always welcome.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Let our personal trainers help you get back into shape!  We designed our fitness center with individual clients in mind. Your training sessions will always be planned to meet your specific fitness goals. The gym is equipped with Cybex cardio equipment as well as strength training equipment from Nautilus, Hoist, Paramount, and Stott Pilates.  One on one training and small group sessions also available.  Call to schedule an appointment today!
